Ceramic Fiber Modules
Huoya Ceramic Fiber Modules are made by folding or layering ceramic fiber blankets and then compressing them. According to customer requirements, metal anchors are pre-embedded during the manufacturing process. Using professional equipment, ceramic fiber blankets with a density of 128 are compressed to various densities such as 160-240. Ceramic fiber modules are easy to install and remove. The embedded anchors avoid direct contact between metal and the hot surface, significantly improving the thermal insulation efficiency of ceramic fiber.
Huoya Ceramic Fiber Facing Blocks
Huoya Ceramic Fiber Facing Blocks are made by folding or cutting and layering ceramic fiber blankets, which are then compressed into Unifelt facing blocks. The facing blocks can be bonded to the backing refractory material or fiber modules using adhesives. The installation method is simple and can be used for repairing old kilns and lining new furnaces.
